Experienced providers

Each surgeon in our group has specialized training in reconstructive surgery, hand surgery, and microsurgical reconstruction. We provide treatment for common injuries, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, fractures, and tendon/nerve injuries, and for highly complex devastating injuries. Our office is well-versed in navigating the Worker’s Compensation system.

Please contact us if you would like to consider treatment with our group.

Initial treatment

If you have sustained a work-related injury, you may check whether we are in your employer’s preferred Medical Provider Network (MPN). This list usually is located online or provided by your Occupational Health clinic or Human Resources department. You may need to specifically ask to have your care referred to our team, and then please contact us to coordinate care.

Second opinion

If you would like another opinion on the care for your current condition, you may consider requesting a second opinion with one of our surgeons. This typically begins with asking your existing provider to submit a “request for authorization” for a second opinion to Worker’s Compensation. If approved, then please contact us for further coordination.

Transfer of Care

In certain instances, if you need ongoing treatment with our surgeons, then we would need a request for “transfer of care” to our team as the “Primary Treating Physician” (PTP). Please contact us to determine whether you would be a candidate.
