Out-of-Network
If our group is considered out of network, we will work with you to find a solution to meet your needs and goals.
In many situations, we will work to obtain special authorization from out-of-network insurance providers. Please check with our office for additional information.
Additional Fees
The “facility fee” for the hospital / operating room and the anesthesia fee is typically the largest portion of the cost and is almost always covered by insurance.
